Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 9, 2026
AI Service Co is a World Unities company building AI products, tools, agents, media systems and experimental product experiences. This policy explains the general information practices for this website and products that link to it.
Information we may collect
- Information you choose to provide, such as messages, questions, files, form responses or product inputs.
- Contact or account information when a product needs it and you choose to provide it.
- Technical and usage information such as pages visited, device/browser information, referral source, approximate location derived from network information, and product events.
- Feedback, trial activity and support communications.
How we use information
- Provide, operate and improve the product you are using.
- Answer questions, recommend relevant products and support trials.
- Measure whether pages, funnels and products are understandable and useful.
- Protect the service, prevent abuse and diagnose reliability problems.
- Develop new features and products using aggregated, de-identified or appropriately authorized information where practical.
AI and service providers
Some products may use third-party hosting, analytics, communications, model, voice, payment or infrastructure providers. Information needed to perform the requested function may be processed by those providers under their own terms and our applicable agreements. We aim to keep providers replaceable and to send only what is reasonably needed for the function.
Analytics and cookies
This site may use analytics tools, including Vercel Web Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Metricool, to understand visits, referrals and interaction patterns. Those services may set or read cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies and configuration.
Trials and product feedback
Trial and preview activity may be measured so we can learn whether a product is useful, where people get stuck and which products deserve more development. We do not treat a pageview as proof that someone is a customer.
Children and student privacy
The general AI Service Co website is not directed to children under 13. Some learning products may be useful to students, but a product that intentionally collects personal information from children must use the consent, notice and data-minimization practices required for that product and jurisdiction. Schools and education customers may also have obligations under laws such as FERPA. Do not submit sensitive student records to a general-purpose product unless the product expressly supports that use.
Data retention and deletion
Retention depends on the product and purpose. We aim to keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the service, security, legal obligations or an explicitly described product function. Where a product provides an account or stored workspace, deletion controls or a support route should be described with that product.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the product. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so do not submit secrets or highly sensitive information unless the product specifically supports that category of data.
Your choices
- You can choose not to provide optional information.
- You can use browser controls to limit cookies or similar storage where supported.
- You can ask about access, correction or deletion of information associated with a product where applicable.
Changes
We may update this policy as products and data practices change. The date at the top will change when the policy is revised.
